Muscles hurt due to lack of circulation and accumulation of toxins. Use my evidence based modalities and tools (massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) to feel better. My Rehab Massage, an active neuromuscular deep tissue release technique solves bigger issues, with the use of RockTape, cupping, and IASTM (gua Sha). The Relax technique is great for a tune up and includes Trigger Point, Active Release, and Swedish Massage for effectively distress. There are also distance health options available we can do over Zoom; an effective release technique called Active Rehab Release.

Auto Accidents or MVAs

If you are in a car accident please see a doctor and ask them to recommend massage. The MD can give you a scrip so you can use your massage benefits you pay through your auto coverage; better known as PIP.

Payments Accepted

I prefer Venmo a no charge payment app, but I also take contactless payments including Google Pay and Apple Pay.

I was a patient first after an unfortunate car accident. Once I recovered I realized I was better than before so I wanted to share my experience with others. What better way than become a massage therapist. I have the right tools and knowledge to relieve your pain. My continuing education with neuromuscular techniques, including an internship with the lead sports massage therapist at Portland State University and many other movement and rehab classes, my partnering with RockTape (a movement company), and my countless hours at sporting events, as a participant and therapist, gives the know how to make you better.
My number one goal is to evolve and learn to give you the best possible outcomes.

My DBA is Momentum Rehab and Sports Massage, at 7155 Varns Road, Suite 214, Tigard, OR 97223.
