Use my evidence based modalities and tools that have allowed you to feel and function better. Choose whether you require recovery from an injury or just a tune up.  The Rehab Massage, an active neuromuscular deep tissue release technique solves bigger issues, along with RockTape, cupping, and IASTM (Gua Sha), reduces pain and gives greater range of motion. The Relax Massage is more the traditional massage for general pain and stress relief.

Auto Accidents or MVAs

If you are in a car accident please see a doctor and ask them to recommend massage. The MD can give you a scrip so you can use your massage benefits you pay through your auto coverage; better known as PIP.

Payments Accepted

I prefer Venmo a no charge payment app, but I also take contactless payments including Google Pay and Apple Pay.

I’ve been an amateur athlete and a car accident victim so I am sensitive to what it is like to be in pain and want relief. That is one of the reasons I became a massage therapist. I have the right tools and knowledge to increase fluid replacement and help reduce your pain. My continuing education with neuromuscular techniques, including an internship with the lead sports massage therapist at Portland State University and many other movement and rehab classes, my partnering with RockTape (a movement company), and my countless hours at sporting events, as a participant and therapist, gives the know how to make you better.
My number one goal is to evolve and learn to give you the best possible outcomes.
